Location based in Dandenong South, 3175 VIC

Operating in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this modern contract-testing laboratory is seeking a full time Stability Sample Coordinator with a GMP / Science background for an immediate start.Accredited with the TGA and APVMA, the high-tech facilities encompass a broad range of analytical equipment primarily used in the Pharmaceutical, Veterinary and Bioanalytical sectors.The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a positive attitude, willingness to learn on the job in a fast-paced, friendly environment with a dedicated team of like-minded professionals. Advancement opportunities exist for the right candidate.Candidates will initially be expected to assist with the electronic LIMS set up of GMP stability trials, labelling & physical placement of samples into stability chambers and coordinating the ongoing maintenance of the stability chambers. Additional training will also be given in our sample reception area to fully understand the process of sample registration and placement and to act as a backup resource in sample reception to cover high demand days and planned annual leave.The position relies heavily on sound planning and high attention to detail skills to enter a complex matrix of samples, test points, temperature and humidity conditions and time points into a LIMS data base and to liaise with customers to execute their stability trials in our network of testing laboratories. A general understanding of analytical Pharmaceutical testing and ICH stability studies are also required.Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Science or a related discipline is essential
1-3 years' experience working within a TGA Licensed Laboratory

Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work within a team with minimal supervision to tight timelines.
Sound Report writing skills will round out the desired qualities sought for this position.
