Rotating 12hr Roster (Day/Night Shifts)
Immediate StartManufacturing / Machine Operators - Rotating 12hr Roster (SOUTH WINDSOR 2756)Monday to Sunday12HR ROTATING ROSTER6am-6pm/6pm-6am2days/2nights/5off

3days/2nights/5offDuties and Responsibilities:

Following work instructions given by team leaders and senior managers
Manual handling including at/above shoulder height and at time heavy lifting
Operate machines – use systems and software to record various readings on the manufactured module
Recording additional data in machine operating systems with eye for detail
Maintaining a clean and safe work area at all times
Safe operation of machinery/power tools
Factory/Warehouse all-rounder

Skills and Experience:

Experience in industrial/manufacturing environment preferred
A quick learner and being able to think on your feet
Great Attention to detail
Drive to learn and develop new skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and or section of the plant
Physically fit, agile and able to work in temperature/humidity-controlled environment (minimal)
Safety focus and drive to generate high standard of output
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Flexible, mature, team-focused work ethic
Must have reliable transport as limited public transport options
