We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to become a valuable addition to our client's team in Wetherill Park. In this role, responsibilities include handling inbound calls and efficiently managing customer inquiries.Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries involves providing accurate information and solutions
- Managing data entry tasks includes accurately inputting and organizing various information into digital systems
- Handling inbound calls requires efficiently managing incoming phone calls, providing assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining positive and professional interactions with customers.
- Cultivating positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and professionalism
- Striving to exceed customer expectations and providing a positive experience to enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborating with other departments within the organization to address customer needs effectively.
- Must have 18- 24 months in a similar role
- Ability to handle a high volume workload
- Strong work ethic, taking pride in work, and demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
- Permanent resident or Australian Citizen
