- General administrative tasks to support to the Partners and the broader team.
- Ensure all BDO Risk & Quality Management processes and procedures are adhered to, and accurate records filed appropriately for auditing purposes.
- Support the team with the preparation and completion of client deliverables and management of timeframes across client engagements
- Accurately prepare information for billing and co-ordinate with the broader team to ensure smooth invoice processing by required timeframe
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant gained within a professional/corporate environment
- Experience or an interest in Project Management/Support environment
- Ability to build rapport and liaise with external executives and peers
- High level organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with policy and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative and problem-solving ability
