Our teams provide transaction, risk, and executive services to clients navigating an exceptional range of challenges, changes, and opportunities.Our Project and Infrastructure Advisory Team are established industry leaders in the planning and delivery of region shaping projects. We work with government and private sector clients across a range of sectors to transform projects into reality.Current opportunityOur team in Brisbane is currently looking to appoint a dedicated and professional Team Coordinator to provide effective and efficient support to multiple Partners as well as the broader team.This exciting opportunity will have you using all your organisation, collaboration, and attention to detail skills to support the team. In this role, you will be working with Partners, Directors, Managers, and the team to ensure they meet needs of our clients and internal BDO requirements.You will help define our culture and be a leader in an inclusive, diverse, and supportive firm that lives and breathes our values each day.Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative tasks to support to the Partners and the broader team.
  • Ensure all BDO Risk & Quality Management processes and procedures are adhered to, and accurate records filed appropriately for auditing purposes.
  • Support the team with the preparation and completion of client deliverables and management of timeframes across client engagements
  • Accurately prepare information for billing and co-ordinate with the broader team to ensure smooth invoice processing by required timeframe
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant gained within a professional/corporate environment
  • Experience or an interest in Project Management/Support environment
  • Ability to build rapport and liaise with external executives and peers
  • High level organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance with policy and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Initiative and problem-solving ability
