- Responsible for daily auditing of all revenue transactions through the OPMS system for the hotel and balancing of guests and house accounts for the previous day
- Audit guest ledger charges from all Food and Beverage outlets and minor departments, balancing the same with the restaurant recap sheet and another control sheet.
- Record accounting data and general revenue report and record accounting data
- Perform filing and storing of accounting documents
- Perform month-end closing of all revenue aspects in the Accounting system
- Perform other duties and special projects as designated by Chief Income Auditor
- Has a passion for numbers
- Has good organisational skills
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Preferably has experience working in a finance department of a 5* luxury international hotel
- Is a critical thinker and a problem-solver
- Able to communicate with customers effectively and professionally
