Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customersite downtime by providing exceptional technical excellence. You will also provide leadership and support team members in the delivery of work to customer sites.Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise). The configuration and programming of HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third-Party Systems
  • Diagnosing faults and repairs on HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and third-party Systems
  • Software load and configuration of EBI Systems and other systems, as required
  • Roll out, deployment and ongoing support of OBS/Connected Services technologies
  • Leading Small to Medium project installations including managing subcontractors, financial control and ordering of parts/materials as required
Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Relevant Engineering or IT degree
  • 4+ years engineering Industry experience / background - BMS / HVAC / Security / control systems
  • ICT & Networking skills and knowledge of Cyber Security (desirable)
  • Strong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues
  • Able to hold/Maintain Government security clearance if required
