- Manage inbound phone calls and tickets on various inquiries to achieve agreed SLAs.
- Process Customer Orders in collaboration with the Supply Chain Team, Warehouse, and engineering team.
- Troubleshoot patient queries and redirect to local Health care Providers if required.
- Communicate clear and easily understandable information to patients or partners.
- Investigate complex ordering and mis-delivery issues before taking corrective action.
- Escalate complex product and clinical queries to relevant Product Managers.
- Utilise provided resources to accurately answer patient and partner inquiries.
- Create work instructions with the Supply Chain Manager SSRC ANZ.
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Service Support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid organisational and time management skills for quality customer service and business efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and meticulous.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook tools, with Excel skills highly regarded.
