To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Proven ability to identify potential customers and then form, develop and maintain strong account relationships
- Strong track record in sales and business development and the ability to plan and implement sales strategies
- Organised and effective team player
- Proven track record in achieving KPIs
- Outstanding customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Making warm outbound calls to existing customers to generate sales and following up on previous enquiries or quotes
- Responding to customer enquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules and back orders
- Accurately processing and keying in sales orders and quotes
