- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on targeted and direct sourcing approaches
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates for existing and future hiring needs
- Contributing to the development of innovative and engaging candidate outreach initiatives, marketing campaigns and attraction and sourcing strategies
- Have a proven background proactively researching, mapping, sourcing candidates and developing successful relationships and candidate talent pools (in house or agency)
- Have a strong understanding and application of recruitment technology, varied search and sourcing methods, talent pooling and market mapping with expertise in Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter and Application Tracking System (ATS)
