The ideal candidate should excel in building strong relationships with both clients and team members and have experience using software such as Xero.What we are offering:

Duties and Responsibilities:Your major role is to look after a $800k - $950k portfolio of clients as the first point of contact, servicing them in all areas of taxation advice and business advisory services. You will manage a dedicated team of 3-4 accountants, who are both in Australia and offshore.You will train and develop the technical skills of your direct reports, teaching them all aspects of financial statement preparation, tax return preparation, bookkeeping and payroll processing. You will also review your team members work and conduct their annual performance reviews.About you:
