Various administrative functions that support facilities management operations
Manage accounts payable, data entry, and invoice payments
Answer and screening calls, taking messages
Commercial Office Lease administration
Conduct bank reconciliations

About YouThe successful candidate will have:

Prior experience in a similar accounts administration role
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
