Experience in a production supervisor or team leader role in food or fast-paced manufacturing environment
Able to lead, develop and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
Knowledge of food processing industry and are well-versed in food safety practices such as HACCP and GMP principles
Resilient with a proactive commitment to continuous improvement
Degree qualification in Engineering/Food Technology (or equivalent)
