We are flexible on the level of person, whether that be a Trainee, Graduate or Accountant.This role is responsible for accurate Superannuation fund processing for a diverse range of clients and will provide you with the opportunity to work within a very talented high performing team and give you access to both established and emerging businesses. You will be encouraged to be the best that you can and afforded opportunities to continuously develop yourself through on the job learning or specific training tailored to your needs.What will your typical week look like?

Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for self-managed superannuation fund clients
Reviewing taxation notices and preparing correspondence to clients
Liaising with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients
Preparing detailed working paper files including investment, income and CGT reconciliations
Processing transactions for Trustees, benefits transfers, contributions and benefits payments on behalf of clients
Ensuring jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines
Ensuring clients are made aware of their compliance obligations

Let's talk about you!The successful candidate will have:

Dependent on the level of candidate you will either have obtained a relevant degree with a major in Accounting, or working towards
Have prior SMSF experience - preferred but not essential
Possess the drive to provide clients with an exceptional high level of advice and care
Strong attention to detail
Experience using Class software - preferred but not essential
