About the roleAs a Mechanical Fitter you'll be essential in the success of massive infrastructure projects in Newcastle. As part of a friendly team you'll perform maintenance on different types of fixed plant equipment while ensuring everyone gets home safely.Key responsibilities
  • Preventative and breakdown maintenance on a variety of fixed plant equipment
  • Filling out basic reports on work carried out
  • Ensuring a safe and clean workspace
Key selection criteria
  • A trade certificate in Mechanical Fitting, Electrician or Boilermaking
  • A current white card
  • EWP, forklift, rigger, confined space and working at heights tickets will be highly regarded
