- A bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or any other related major
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector or a related field
- Experience in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Familiarity with student recruitment processes and strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, clients, and stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills to pitch services or products to potential clients
- Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and potential clients
- Ability to attend conferences, seminars, and networking events to generate leads and build partnerships
- Some experience with sales and negotiation skills to close deals and secure partnerships with clients
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
