- Cooking qualifications are desirable
- Modern, contemporary, and innovative culinary skills
- Knowledge of food and catering trends
- Considers quality, technique, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation critical to success
- Delivers a high-quality product that exceeds customer expectations
- Able to work autonomously as required and remain calm under pressure to ensure professionalism is maintained
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
