Help us make a difference to improve their quality of life.Job DescriptionAbility Action Australia's south west Sydney team are looking for a Speech Pathologist to provide impactful supports to participants.This role will include a combination of community and clinic based appointments.Come join our local team of clinicians, and help us support our local community with quality, evidence-based interventions.Responsibilities will include:

Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
Deliver much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes and the local community
Use clinical observations, standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

About you

Experience as a Speech Pathologist in the NDIS
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
Pro-active attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
Genuine passion for working in the disability sector

Qualifications

Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
