- Month end accounting including journals, prepayments, accruals, and reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations
- Maintain Fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Monthly BAS
- Perform the Monthly Payroll process (Using Xero)
- Action all associated payroll payments
- Produce monthly leave reporting to managers
- Assistance with preparation of monthly financial reports covering balance sheet, profit and loss, internal management reports and cashflows
- Prepare Ad hoc analysis, payments and reports as required
- Assist with Administration functions within the business
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, or related field or close to completion
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in relevant accounting role
- Knowledge of Oracle or a similar software
- Knowledge of Xero
- Intermediate to Advanced computer software skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proficiency in intermediate Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, standard functions, and pivot tables)
