- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to secure quality products and services at the best possible prices.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to establish mutually beneficial relationships. Ensure supplier performance through regular assessments.
- Cost Control: Monitor and analyse market trends to make informed decisions that contribute to cost savings without compromising on quality.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions. Draft and review contracts to protect the interests of the company.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain quality standards for products and services. Implement processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory. Implement efficient inventory control measures.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Procurement in the commercial cleaning / property services industry, both direct and indirect spend.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
