- Service & calibration of electrical safety test instruments.
- Adjustment, fault finding and repair of test instruments.
- Developing new calibration procedures according to instrument specification and capability.
- Trafficking workflow according to business demands.
- Pre-sale technical product preparation and configuration.
- Customer data management and troubleshooting.
- Inventory control.
- Customer service and after sales technical support.
- Qualification in Electrical, Electronics or Engineering.
- Experience in the calibration & repair of electrical test and measurement equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations
- Team worker with strong communication skills
- Electrical licence highly desirable
