Job DescriptionAbout SA Housing AuthorityThe SA Housing Authority (the Authority) play a fundamental role in supporting South Australians into homes that are secure, safe, and positive for their wellbeing: housing is a human right.At the Authority we aim to deliver better housing choices for South Australians. We want to support everyone in our community to sustain a secure and affordable home as a base to help them reach their full potential. Our regionally dispersed workforce of around 800 staff works with our customers, the housing and homelessness sector and the broader community to provide appropriate housing for South Australians.We are looking for a like-minded Executive Leader to join the Authority as our Director, Homelessness.Capability and Skills Required:We seek an experienced change agent to drive the development and implementation of a co-created system wide homelessness strategy.Reporting to the Executive Director, Customer and Services, the successful candidate will require a blend of commercial acumen and the ability to influence transformational change. The role will lead internal and external stakeholders on the journey to deliver of innovative programs that improve homelessness outcomes for South Australia.Key Responsibilities:Outcomes management: Ensure that specialist homelessness services and programs are delivered efficiently, effectively, and purposefully for South Australia.Evaluation and learning: Continue to implement and transform the existing homelessness system framework and strategy.Program design: Lead the co-creation and commissioning of new programs and service innovations to prevent homelessness and provide service responses.Change management: Positively influence and drive change with internal and external stakeholders.Further information regarding the role can be found in the attached role description.Our Process and Support:EGM Partners is a modern SA owned and operated recruitment firm...we are more than just a recruitment firm; we are your career advocates.
