Your role will include

Build on our existing key client relationships
Collaborate with a global team of sustainability professionals
Support senior staff in project management, project delivery and business development
Support and mentor junior staff in project delivery and professional development.
Contribute to and deliver NABERS, LEED, WELL, ISCA, Passive House and Green Star ratings
Project advice on best practice sustainable design

We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.As well as experience in a Lead Sustainability Engineer role. Specifically

Demonstrated experience in ESD and Engineering
Bachelor of Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field
Green Star Accredited Professional
Strong expertise and experience in sustainable building design, energy efficient technologies, renewable energy, and energy simulations
Project management and deliver of Green Star certification, and preferably any of WELL / NABERS / LEED / ISCA / Passive House
Climate change resilience and adaptation
The optimisation of building design to reduce carbon intensity through passive design
In-depth building energy simulation, system performance simulation, daylight modelling, thermal and energy modelling
Must be required to achieve baseline clearance
Section J and JV3 reports and assessments, ESD and SMP reports
