Join us at WesTrac as our Strategic Resourcing Manager, located at our South Guildford Corporate Office, reporting to the General Manager - People & Culture.As the head of our dynamic team, you'll lead with passion and expertise, driving the seamless orchestration of end-to-end recruitment processes. Your strategic acumen will be instrumental in ensuring our workforce remains finely tuned to meet the ever-evolving demands of our strategic vision. Your knack for forecasting staffing needs, analysing trends, and crafting innovative workforce optimisation strategies will be the catalyst for our continued success.As a pivotal member of the People and Culture Leadership team, you'll have influence in shaping the trajectory of our organisation, tapping into both traditional and non-traditional talent markets to secure candidates whose skills align perfectly with our business objectives.To be successful the following is required:
  • Tertiary qualifications within Human Resource Management or Business coupled with solid post graduate experience or significant demonstrated experience working within a similar role
  • Proven leadership and people management experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders to understand long term resourcing needs to develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends and make informed decisions
  • Have the ability to drive customer excellence through unparalleled responsiveness and transformative delivery, thereby shaping the future of our services with each interaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to manage a high workload whilst flexibility adapting to changing priorities and problem solving
