- Ensure Public Area staff attend to the daily operational requirements of the department in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure the presentation standards of Public Areas and facilities are maintained to the expected high standard
- Monitor, review and where required assist develop standard operating procedures in line with company requirements to ensure efficient workplace practice.
