Some of the matters will include, but not limited to PPSA advice, ISDA documentation, security trusts, and lender due diligence.About you:

Lawyer (2-3 PQE); with
A relevant law degree; coupled with strong academics;
Candidates with backgrounds in corporate/commercial law will be considered
Strong drafting skills & technical ability;
Excellent communication skill; both verbal and written;
The ability to prioritize matters effectively and meet tight deadlines.
