About Our ClientMy client is an iconic institution operating in the rural/agricultural industry, that seeks to evolve and support a facet of farming. Working across applications like Salesforce, Pardot and other Cloud Based Products, the successful individual will be delivering agile training that adapts to the needs of the group or individual employee, as well as acting as an SME for assessing gaps in the current IT learning's.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project leaders, and subject matter experts to strategise, cultivate, implement, and monitor training initiatives encompassing various Enterprise Application tools like Microsoft365, Salesforce, and other Enterprise platforms.
  • Generate training resources utilising existing technological infrastructure including but not limited to Confluence or Learning Management Systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and adoption programs tailored to diverse learning styles and preferences, spanning face-to-face sessions, remote delivery, and self-paced modules, catering particularly to the on boarding process for new hires.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of training needs and customise programs accordingly, ensuring alignment with the unique requirements of different teams and users to ensure the attainment and sustenance of requisite adoption rates and skill levels.
  • Evaluate staff competencies and the business impact of training interventions, maintaining a proactive stance towards refinement and enhancement in response to evolving business dynamics.
  • Enhance internal learning systems uptake, including existing knowledge bases and Learning Management System, through targeted strategies and improvements.
The Successful ApplicantThe Succesful Candidate:
  • 5+ year's experience in a similar role across IT Training or Change Management role.
  • Experience in training different web-based and/or digital application and tools, Salesforce is a must.
  • Experience in measuring adoption, competency and capability of staff in training, assessing for gaps in learning and provide recommendations
  • Proficient training design skills, in Articulate or other elearning tools to cultivate short modules.
  • Strong organisation skills / time management skill set.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with stakeholders across a business.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to deliver face to face training, as well as altering training from in-person to remotely where required.
