Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.This is a project based position on the Woodsmith Mine project and will be based at the Wilton International Site, Redcar, North East England.Senior Manager, Planning/SchedulingYou'll be:· Supervise the planning function during design and/or construction stages of assigned project/projects.· Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance· To manage the Planning Team to deliver a complete Planning/Scheduling service to the Organization· Supervise and direct all activities of the Planning Focal Point and the Planning Engineers.· Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review.QualificationsYou'll have:· Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline· Required knowledge of planning programs· Strong organizational planning skills· Motivational and collaborative communication skillsMoving Forward:We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
