Business Services Supervisor/Manager

• City based with WFH options
• $110-130k inc super depending on experience

• Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships based on trust and expertise
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving business objectives
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with partners and senior management on business development initiatives and strategic planning
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in accounting standards to provide proactive advice to clients

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on business services and taxation
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Excel)
