- Learn the current packing systems and processes and then train and lead a packing team
- Packaging garden sheds accurately according to customer orders and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Utilizing hand tools effectively and safely during the packaging process.
- Maintaining a keen eye for quality to identify defects and alert the team for rectification.
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail to ensure orders are packed accurately and efficiently.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Developing coordination skills necessary for efficient packing processes.
- Exhibiting a willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role within the warehouse team.
- Assist the production manager with improving quality and efficiencies on the manufacturing floor while remaining primarily responsible for packing and output

- Quick learner to understand the current systems and processes and then train new team members and have leadership skills
- Previous experience in a timber warehouse or manufacturing environment with lean experience.
- Forklift Licence
- Ability to work efficiently on your feet for extended periods and to work with heavy items
- Great attitude and hard work ethic
- Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using hand tools is essential.
- A keen eye for quality and the ability to identify and communicate quality concerns effectively.
