- Collaborate closely with the Manager of Occupational Therapy & Social Work and the wider Allied Health management team to ensure a unified approach to patient care and staff development.
- Lead and oversee a culture that prioritizes excellence in patient care and teamwork across Social Work and Allied Health departments.
- Engage effectively with key stakeholders both within and outside the organization to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Qualified Social Worker with current or eligible AASW membership.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred, ideally a master's degree or close to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills for leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proven supervisory skills with a focus on staff development.
- Understanding of organizational and private health policy in acute hospital settings.
