- The Coordination of the preventive maintenance schedule, engineering maintenance requests and new work orders.
- Assisting with the supervision and leadership of the engineering team
- The inspection of plants, service outlets, and etc
- Coordinates and assists management of the hotel with internal campaign and activities of the energy conservation programme.
- Monitoring all E&M plant of the hotel during the shift period
- To perform with the assistance of personnel from other division or Departments, firefighting services.
- To become a FEAT team leader when the situation arises.
- To perform any other job assignments delegated by the Chief Engineer
- Proven experience in an Assistant Chief Engineer role with no less than 10 years within medium/large, hotel/building maintenance
- A Trade Certification in Civil/Mechanical/or Electrical Engineering
- Possess the knowledge & understanding of the relevant rules & regulations pertaining to their discipline.
- Excellent administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work shifts & long hours.
- Be competent in training others for knowledge prescribed in the multi skilled programme.
