? Conduct research, analysis, and reporting on various residential real estate market trends and conditions across Australia
? Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of residential real estate market data, including property prices, housing starts, and other key metrics that relate to the property economics of the national real estate market
? Analyze and interpret residential real estate market data to develop insights and
recommendations for our business decisions, including property acquisitions and pricing strategies
? Create and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and other communications to convey research findings and insights to our stakeholders
? Lead and manage special projects such as market feasibility studies, site selection analyses, and other research initiatives
? Oversee our property valuations team to ensure accurate and timely property valuations across our portfolio and acquisitions pipeline
? Leverage research insights to create marketing content for lead generation, including reports, blogs, and other content that highlights the value of our expertise in the residential real estate sector.Key Skills & Qualities
? Bachelor's degree in real estate, economics, business, or related field required;
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate research and analysis
? Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience using statistical analysis software and databases
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
? Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of analysts and researchers
? Expertise in property economics, with a deep understanding of residential real estate market dynamics and trends in Australia
? Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, and front-line employees
? Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience
