With exceptionally low staff turnover, you will join a tight knit culture, and an approachable senior leadership team.Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing procurement and contract/commercial management strategies for new vendors internationally
You will demonstrate a passion for high quality products, through your procurement and relationship management activities, and growing and maintaining your strategic partnerships
Providing ongoing contracts negotiation management and superior supplier relationship management, ensuring quality and sustainability targets are met
Working collaboratively with the wider team to shape the growth and strategic direction of the business
Influencing internal stakeholders in a business experiencing rapid growth and positive change

Key Requirements

Experience in developing and implementing procurement and commercial strategies, ideally in a manufacturing, retail or distribution environment
Superior negotiation and supplier relationship management skills - the ability to establish long term frameworks and strategic partnerships with largely overseas suppliers
International travel required, particularly to China
You will be hands-on and adaptable, keen to learn about your new industry and experience the quality of this company’s products firsthand
