The RoleAs a resulted of continued business growth and internal promotions, we are currently seeking experienced and dedicated customer service superstars to join out National Customer Contact Centre. The position responsibilities include:
  • Providing a great customer experience to our customers
  • Supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their enquiries
  • Exploring customer needs to ensure we are offering our full scope of services
  • Communicating and articulating the features and benefits of booking with O’Brien AutoGlass
