Bundall locationThe RoleAs a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will run developer sale files from start to finish, commercial conveyancing files as well as some leasing files. You will deal with clients, follow up on outstanding conditions, preparation of contracts, leases, put and call options, deal with solicitors, banks, on line searches, check searches, booking in settlements with PEXA, billings and general file management duties.Your ExperienceYou will have a minimum of 3 years Property Development, Commercial Property and/or Conveyancing paralegal experience. Excellent file management skills and customer service skills are also essential.The Law Firm / SalaryWell established law firm based at Bundall. 70 staff.
