Reporting to the Director Global Proprietary Brands, APAC you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for our exclusive animal health consumables portfolio to support the achievement of sales targets and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the brands within this product portfolio at all stages of the product lifecycle.Your main responsibilities will include –
- Day to day product management for the consumable category including defining product mix, price, promotion and New Product Development opportunities as well as undertaking competitor analysis.
- Supplier liaison and relationship management, acting as the first point of reference regarding product related queries and resolving any manufacturing related issues.
- Development of appropriate promotional opportunities and assisting with the development of the product portfolio annual marketing plan in collaboration with internal corporate marketing resources who will execute within the brand style guidelines.
- Internal stakeholder relationship management across our sales, marketing, and purchasing/procurement teams.
- Ensuring sales and customer service teams are provided with the required technical expertise to sell associated product ranges including facilitating key product training.
- Data analysis including sales analysis and product performance assessment as well as undertaking product forecasting.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Business with a minimum three years’ experience in product or brand management.
- Currently an experience Assistant Product Manager who is looking to take that next step or a Product Manager who is looking to move into Animal Health products.
- Demonstrated experience within the animal health industry and/or specific experience in managing a portfolio of consumables/disposables products.
- Demonstrated success in management of New Product Development and product launches.
- A passion and enthusiasm for the animal health industry and the ability to proactively engage and be a self-starter to drive commercial outcomes.
