Senior Receptionist

• Ensure a quality customer experience by tailoring approach to each candidate and client
• Provide information and guidance surrounding services offered
• Optimize and maintain candidate engagement
• Coordination of meetings for senior candidates
• Maintain accurate records to enable accurate reporting and ensure the streamlining of internal processes
• Maintenance of office environment including: maintaining stock levels and cleanliness, coordination of booking rooms and dealing with deliveries/couriers
• Coordination of Client workshops, including preparation of support materials
• Event coordination including: quarterly Alumni events, pre and post round table events and local lunches

• Strong diary/calendar management experience
• A mature mindset and considered approach
• Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on positive outcomes
• Experience in a senior administrative/team coordinator or EA/PA role would be highly advantageous

• Part-time hours (Monday to Wednesday) perfect for a parent returning to work, or candidates looking to reduce hours from full-time
• 8:30-5:30 – this role is based solely in the office
• Convenient CBD location, close to public transport
• Fixed-term contract until October 2024, with potential to extend
