This casual breakfast chef role will require early starts with availability Monday through Sunday. We are looking for a hands-on chef who is self-motivated, reliable, and a team player. Ensuring food is delivered to an exceptional standard and within meal wait KPIs.

Help oversee multiple kitchen operations reporting directly to the Head Chef
Deliver the customer's high expectation of a premium experience
Take responsibility for your work and have the skills and versatility to work across all stations
Maintain an overall knowledge and passion for all things food

Observation of and implementation of allergy awareness controls
A sound understanding of cost monitoring, presentation, and portion control

Minimum 3 years experience in a Western commercial kitchen
Trade Qualified Chef (preferred)
Team player and able to work autonomously and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
Prior experience in a high paced & high-quality Kitchen
Excellent and Innovative culinary skills
Be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
Solid knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
Experience scheduling, managing, and training kitchen staff
Have the ability to work under pressure
