- Help oversee multiple kitchen operations reporting directly to the Head Chef
- Deliver the customer's high expectation of a premium experience

- Maintain an overall knowledge and passion for all things food
- Observation of and implementation of allergy awareness controls
- A sound understanding of cost monitoring, presentation, and portion control

- Adhere to all relevant health and safety and food safety standards
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Western commercial kitchen
- Trade Qualified Chef (preferred)
- Team player and able to work autonomously and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Prior experience in a high paced & high-quality Kitchen
- Excellent and Innovative culinary skills
- Be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
- Solid knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- Experience scheduling, managing, and training kitchen staff
- Have the ability to work under pressure
