Follow the link to find out what its like to live, work and play in our wonderful region:About the role:The Organisational Development Consultant will both lead on and support a range of OD initiatives and projects that make a positive difference to our people and workplace.You will be part of the Organisational Development (OD) team that's responsible for delivering a broad OD agenda. The portfolio includes leadership development, management of the People Matter Survey and associated action planning process as well as initiatives that build workforce capability and support broader culture and engagement.To be successful in this role you will:
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience of leading OD initiatives and projects that have helped shape and enhance the people experience
- Have experience in designing and facilitating employee and manager workshops and interventions to build capabilities and knowledge across a wide range of areas
- Have demonstrated experience in supporting managers in building their people management credentials across the employee lifecycle
- Proven experience in building trusting relationships with stakeholders and partnering with leaders to deliver positive outcomes
- Hold formal qualifications in Human Resources or other related discipline.
