Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.Your Key Responsibilities:
Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems.
Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission- critical).
Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
Ability to act as a mentor and guide other employees. Ability to provide direction and guidance to process improvements.
Ability to articulate clearly, recommend and explain resolutions /clients.
Understand and utilize ITIL.
Represent the company in a face to face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.

We are looking for you to join our team as a Kubernetes and Docker Engineer to design, build and implement cloud-native architectures with Kubernetes Docker and related technologies for us.
Responsible for overall Docker & Kubernetes setup, configuration and Architecture.
Configuring and maintaining/ supporting a large scale Docker based environment using Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Docker and Kubernetes environment.
Ensure proper operational aspects including monitoring, reporting, backup for both Docker hosts and associated images and containers.
Good Understanding of Linux and Networking concepts.
General operational expertise such as good troubleshooting skills, understanding of systems capacity, bottlenecks, basic of memory, cpu, OS, storage and networks.
Good knowledge of airflow, spark, sql, livy, superset, kubeflow, mlflow, feast, ray.
Intermediate Shell Scripting skills and Basic programming skills ideally in Java or Python.
Should be a self-starter who is excited about learning new technology.
Good Understanding of Hadoop Architecture and understanding of distributed systems and distributed computation.
Self-driven, Ability to work independently and as part of a team with proven track record.
Open to working non-standard hours (Night Shifts) including weekends.
Good understanding of AI/ML is added advantage.
