At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.Position SummaryJob Summary: This role is responsible for carrying out the functions of processing customer orders, ensuring that required time frames are adhered to in regard to Dispatch schedules and that all necessary regulatory approvals are received for products prior to Dispatching / Installation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Process all orders, for New Machines, Conversions and Spare Parts received for International jurisdictionsRaise Sales Orders / Sales Credits (where required)Create shipping documents (i.e commercial invoices and packing lists)Work with Australia Order Management to establish anomalies with order informationMonitor Progress of all orders through the production process to maintain DIFOTMaintain Delivery ScheduleEnsure all jurisdictional approvals are received for DispatchesCoordinate delivery of new machines and conversions and Spare Parts with the relevant SuppliersCompile paper work for invoicing (soft format).
