Read on...We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Fashion Designer to join our team and assist in designing some of our most critical and exciting categories for our fabulous Showpo customers! Ongoing freelance basis.What are the key responsibilities?

Creating, evolving, and delivering a dynamic and diverse product strategy that reflects the vibrant essence of the Showpo brand while aligning with our overarching business objectives.
Maintain and drive the critical path, ensuring all design, delivery & launch deadlines and requirements are met.
Directing workflow for GTs, with a focus on measuring and optimising timelines.
Proficiency in analysing and interpreting various reports, including top-selling items, category performance, and print trends.
Strong technical expertise with an emphasis on product quality, fit, and manufacturing standards.
Maintaining a customer-centric approach in all aspects of product conception and execution.
Delivering a commercially viable and well-balanced range that meets margin and assortment targets.

Qualities we look for:

5+ years design/product development experience with similar women's wear brand
Outstanding precision skills with an unmatched eye for detail.
Demonstrated expertise in spotting trends, selecting prints, colours, fabrics, ensuring the perfect fit, construction, and overall garment quality.
Organised team player who's great at juggling tasks, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and able to meet tight deadlines effortlessly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable, flexible, and capable of working independently and without direct supervision.
Prior experience in the fast-fashion retail sector ideally an eCommerce/online store.
Ability to connect with the Showpo audience, understanding her interests, needs, and desires.
