Main tasks: Your primary goal is to manage and grow accounts by offering quality solutions to your business customers' technical building solutions needs.Other tasks:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and expand the company's building and construction industry presence
- Develop and maintain relationships with specialist contractors, builders, end users, and specialist contractors
- Manage existing accounts and actively seek new business opportunities
- Conduct cold calls and various outreach methods to generate leads and expand the client base
- Collaborate with internal sales staff and mechanical engineers for product support and knowledge
- Continuously learn and understand the technical aspects of products and services on offer
- Play a pivotal role in building the company's brand and reputation as a trusted partner
- Quantify, plan, and execute sales strategies and action plans
- Work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team, engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Uphold professional and effective communication and negotiation skills
- Adhere to the company's standards, including drug and alcohol testing and police checks

- Proven success in business-to-business sales, generating new sales & managing clients
- Strong mechanical (or similar) technical aptitude with the drive to learn
- Willingness to undergo a police check, plus potential drug & alcohol testing.
- Knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or similar solutions
- Sales experience in the building & construction industry
