Our client is an established multi-sector tier 3 builder that focuses on new build & refurbishment projects up to $40m in the North / West. They build in a variety of sectors such as Industrial, Government, Retail & Education. The company was founded over 30 + years ago and since its inception, has grown year on year and now operates from a number of offices in Victoria.They require a Senior Project Manager who has strong subcontractor relationships in regional areas to delivery a $30m + Project in the North of Victoria.To be considered for this role;

Minimum of 5 years experience in construction
Experience in projects exceeding $5mil + including civils and structures as either a Project Manager in regional areas
Degree qualified
Determination to succeed with a project whilst working to build on existing client and sub-contractor relationships

Duties include, but not limited to;

Management of full life cycle of project from conception through to completion
Take full ownership of budget and timeline
Management of client and all stakeholder both internal and external
Management of OH&S
Ability to problem solve proactively while working effectively as part of a team
Energy and drive to achieve the best results for our clients
Strong planning and organisational skills to deliver successful projects on time and on budget.
Ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with all stakeholders
