- The prisoner/inmate cohort (sentenced/remand).
- Observing team members and their immediate supervisor in their ordinary assessment, testing, intervention and prison interface roles
- Completing various forms of assessment
- Administering psychometric tests (subject to test administration qualification requirements)
- Providing various types of individual and group interventions (ordinarily cognitive behavioural and solution-focused in nature and complimented by motivational interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, experiential activity, interpersonal and family systems therapy)
- Completing various forms of treatment plans and reports
- Attending case consultation and case review meetings
- Taking part in team meetings
- Participating in professional development and training activities
- Participation in individual and group supervision
- Undertaking administrative duties
- Facilitating staff training
- Facilitating community agency referrals and linkages
