- Work across all areas of the Broken Hill Health Service to provide expert advice of the care of Aboriginal consumers of the health service.
- Support Aboriginal Health Workers, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and Trainees.
- Assist Staff with treatment and or case management to Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Consumers of the Broken Hill Health Service.
- Provide clinical and non-clinical leadership in Aboriginal health service provision to the Broken Hill Health Service staff including Aboriginal workforce.
- Support the engagement of Aboriginal patients in connecting with local program/s and or service/s designed to improve the Health and Wellbeing of Aboriginal People.

- Recognised tertiary qualifications in health, welfare, Aboriginal Health or relevant equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and or experience of leadership and management skills or willingness to enhance skills and knowledge in developing as an emerging leader.
- Demonstrated knowledge and or clinical experience working in Social and Emotional Wellbeing.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse team/s and in partnership to provide collaborative care that is person centered.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure the human, physical and financial resources of the unit are managed to deliver safe and efficient health care within available resources.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills, verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, interpersonal skills.
