- Develop and execute comprehensive performance test plans and test cases to evaluate system performance under various load conditions.
- Utilize industry-standard performance testing tools such as JMeter to conduct performance tests and analyze results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system architects, and business stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during test execution to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Generate detailed performance test reports and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in performance tuning activities to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in performance testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Overall 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of experience in performance testing of complex enterprise systems and applications.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Groovy for test automation and performance monitoring.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester - Performance Testing or equivalent are a plus.
