Design & Build is seeking a skilled and dedicated, experienced Site Supervisor to join a growing company committed to excellence in both residential and commercial construction. Our client is rapidly expanding company with a strong commitment to delivering the highest standards of craftsmanship in constructions.As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing construction projects, specifically focusing on retirement villages and townhouses in the stunning coastal areas of Hervey Bay and Agnes Waters.You will be responsible for:
Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
You need to have:
Proven 5 + years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction.
Have experienced supervising projects such as Retirement villages and Townhouses.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
Thorough understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between project sites in Hervey Bay and Agnes Waters.
Must have QBCC License.
This opportunity entails a Monday to Friday work schedule, with the flexibility to travel to project sites during the week.
