Job Description:We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Airports and Specialised Pavements team. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects across the country ensuring safety, cost and quality meet contract specifications. The position is ideally suited to candidates with extensive experience in Asphalt, Surfacing & Paving. This role will have a strong focus on Airports and Racetracks projects and will require national travel. This role can be based out of our Melbourne or Hobart office.ABOUT YOU

You will have qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and have exposure in airports, racetrack, civil road construction or road maintenance
A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients, stakeholders and developing new business opportunities
Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
Demonstratable experience leading teams
A well-developed understanding of planning, execution and financial reporting of projects
The ability to manage projects from start to finish
National travel will be required
Commitment to quality outcomes with a focus on delivering in full and on time
Strong safety focus - actively participate in and support Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies
