• Supporting the MD and Operations Manager
• Accounting administration including NDIS system claims and filing receipts
• General administration duties such as data entry, typing emails, meeting minutes etc
• Organising team events and running errands as required
• Social media assistance including creating ads using Canva
• Recruitment of support workers

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the disability or healthcare field would be a bonus
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A mature, professional manner but also a willingness to have fun with the team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality work and making a positive impact
